i couldnt resize my photo's with paint so i found a way with powerpoint that worked and just thought id post it up for anyone else that couldnt do it with paint:
1.open power point
2.up the top go to "insert" then "picture"
3.browse through files and pick your picture
4.once opened right click on it and select "size and position"
5.it will open a box, then make sure you are under the size tab and you should see a section called "scale" with height and width boxes, change each to the desired percentage of the original and click close.
6. then right click on the picture and select "save as picture", save it where you want
7. then go to the folder it is in and left click it once then to the left there should be a details box, just check that you have resized it enough(dont have to bother with this but i like to just to make sure)
