This is very important, if you are too busy to write to Rudd or can't read or write have someone do it for you especially your kids as their future is at stake here.

Click on the link 'Write to Kevin Rudd and tell him: DON'T LOCK US OUT' and write something simple eg; please don't close the proposed areas to recreational fishers, my kids would be devastated, furthermore it is un-Australian.

Dear Mr Rudd/Labour party,
Its very upsetting to here that many places in Vic & many places in Australia, neither myself, nor my family or friends will be able to participate in a very well known recreational pasttime called fishing, due to the introduction of marine parks.
Im all for preserving what we have for future generations and currently each state has regulations based on scientific studies to preserve our local marine flora & fauna. Currently due to these regulations recreational fishing has a minimal impact to these marine environments. If this is the case why change? and set up exclusion zones?

Lastly Australia is a well known sporting nation and to think that its residents cannot participate in probably the most participated sport in the world is Un-Australian.
