thats what the state government and pom say that it will go ahead, it is a little tricky, in that the federal government now has to agree to the project, which has its own complications (if howard goes, new environmental minister..etc), the plan is to start dredging just pass the west gate, which also has complications of tides carrying the horrible smell that dredging cause to be floating pass all of south bank, again more complications, they are stuborn pricks, that are pushing and pushing and hoping for the january start, not sure if that plan will roll out as smoothly as they tell the public it will. :? :? :?
