What a top social day. Around 80 people rolled up after the dive including lots of family and friends. It was most pleasant sitting in the shade on the soft grass, listening to the tales of the morning dive. All participants caught good fish and squid. The atmosphere was notably more relaxed and cruisey compared to our normal comp days. Many thanks to the boat owners who provided the transport. Very special thanks to Leigh who sacrificed his dive to oversee the setting up of the all important food and drink and BBQ. Should be more days like this.

I thought Drew was a bit drunk, but maybe it was some other type of trauma?

Yes indeed
Thank you very much for putting in the time and effort to organise the day
I had a good time and a good opportunity to refine my fish ID skills as vis was good and there was decent action on the bottom, spotting and unable to take home ....
Pike
Blue throat
Goatfish
Squid
Leatherjackets
Luderick (yes ... not a zebra)
Sweep
and all the other usual "voyeurs" including a spectacularly colourful horseshoe leatherjacket

A good day.
