I saw an eel the other day, pretty sure it was a long-fin eel, but didn't spear it cos I had no idea how to cook it...

Are they worth catching? How do you cook them?

not sure about this specific eel... but i think that most people arent so keen on most types of eel, so it usually smoked.

everytime ive had eel i havnt liked it, taste and texture. just all round i rekon its shit. but i mean different strokes for different folks. might as well shoot one and give it a try, rather than paying money for one.

For those who don't know and those that are a little green the bucket that the extra fish go into is not a bin! It's usually Josephs! He cleans and fillets them all for his family and friends!

If anyone is caught throwing away unwanted fish at a comp they are immediately disqualified! I understand that's probably what you meant Twitch, just don't want anyone thinking otherwise!
