Put green cray in freezer for 1 hr. remove.
Amputate legs for boiling.
Slice cray in half .remove head goo. or eat head goo.
Place shell down on BBQ on medium heat.
Salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice and good oil on flesh.
Cook till you see small bubbles where the flesh meets the shell.
Turn flesh side down to seal (1-2 min max).
Serve with mayo and slices of lemon placed in head hollow.
Scatter boiled 3-5min legs around plate.
Winner!
