Notice this section has been very quiet. do you cook your fish or what?

Need:
-plain flour
-1/2 stubbie/can beer (local of course)
-sweet chilly sauce
-soy sauce

-oil
-fish/squid

Method:
Put flour and beer together whisk. Equal amounts roughly add beer to thin mixture
Add 1-2 tea spoons of each soy/chilli sauce
(do not add salt or pepper!)

Prep fish/ squid dust with flour and dip into mixture before shallow frying on BBQ or frying pan on med to hi heat.
Cook till dark brown
eat with hands

oZ :P

Probably go better with a salad and chips.

Lately I've been using flour, egg and a special ingredient mixed with bread crumbs.............. "Changs fried noodles!" crushed up a bit and mixed through the crumbs they add a nice crunch! Get on it!

blend up some fresh bread and use that as your breadcrumbs, it gives a good crunch also.
