No, one must pour or spread a thin mixture of plain flower and water over the salt to seal it
Ensure there is a nice layer of salt at the base of the tray before resting the fish over it
Also, the skin of the fish should be as intact as possible ... some leave the scales on
Once cleaned out of the salt cladding pour a little dose of melted butter and oil over the fish
PM for the whole recipe
