Im curious as to why i need four divers, if your talking about the abalone, yes there was 3 divers(Brad, Brads dad, and myself) and if you look there is 15 abalone? And a diver is allowed a bag limit of 5 abalone each. Also yes Stephen went down well, i am actually 16 going onto 17 and that was my dads beer?

Haha yerh i figured, nah all apart of being in the club , Umm well ive tryed a few times with different techniques but this was by far, the best way i have cooked them so far. I sliced them as fine as i could, then fryed them with soy sauce, fish sauce salt and pepper. It had plenty of flavours, anyone got any abalone methods that work a treat? Cheers guys David.

Looks the goods mate, well done. By the look of your frame i'm guessing all that deep fried food goes into keeping up to your fast metabolism not adding to the love handles as in my case!

If you have a look a few posts ago in this section there are a few abalone recipes that look the goods, oz dogs one in particular. I recommend having a go at coooking them whole and see the results. The secret to cooking most seafood is either short over high heat or long over low heat. Anything in between usually gives poor results.
