Had an amazing dinner last night, so i thought i might share.

1 tsp Tumeric,
1 tsp paprika,
ginger to taste (more the better)
chilli to taste
1 chopped onion
kaffir lime leaves (small handful)
2x cloves of garlic, minced
roughly a cup of coconut milk
splash of canola oil
2-3 tsp fish sauce
salt

+ Whatever fish you like (we used dusky morwong, spices mask the very fishy flavour)

add everything but onion and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
fillet and skin the fish, steam fillets untill cooked (they should fall apart into nice sized chunks).
cook garlic and onions in oil till translucent.
add the rest of the ingredients to pan and let simmer for 5-10 mins
serve over rice, should serve 2 ppl quite well.

you can add baby spinach for a bit of greens.

play around with the mix, you cant go too wrong!

enjoy :)
