NEGATIVE ... NEGATIVE STUFF
urchin roe is best when fresh, raw and flavoured with a springle of lemon juice ... spoon in hand and off you go popping them down like cherries.
Any other recipe can't match it.

My best Mate said he went to Japan an tried this particular food for want of a better word. He said interesting but defiantly a acquired taste I wouldn't go out of my way for it, it's quite rich.
