Did this tonight and it went pretty good.
INGREDIENTS 1 decent six spine or fish of your choice (I've done it with pinkies as well) 1 decent desert spoon of butter 3 cloves garlic white pepper too taste squeeze of lemon juice generous splash apple juice seasonal vegies salt to taste.
METHOD melt butter and add garlic and pepper, cook until garlic is just starting to brown. Add apple juice add vegies chopped into bite sized pieces that will cook in roughly the same time. when the vegies are partially cooked add the fish. Be sure to score the thicker parts of the fish so it cooks evenly. When the fish is cooked remove the flesh with a fork and toss it through the vegies. Serve in a shallow bowl with a good crusty bread
