They are easy to tow. On a drift dive it doesn't matter anyway. Even on normal dives we just drag the thing to where we need to be.

How often do you get boats or other jetskis coming up to you thinking that you've fallen off or something? Seeing a jet ski just sitting there in the middle of the open water with no one on it would make a few people curious. Must be annoying for you tho, yeah?

The giant dive flag which flies from it is usually a good indicator, but I have many boats pull over to check particularly if I am way offshore. I had a ship slow down, change course and have a good look once. You would think they never see divers 40 kms offshore!!!
