Can anyone recommend a good place to hire a boat for the day in Port Phillip Bay (east and south side pref)

P.s for insurance purposes, I am under 25..

Dive Victoria used to hire out boats (not just charter runs, like self drive style hire) - not sure if they still do or not.

Depends which side of port Phillip you wanted

prob Mornington way or Mordialloc, got a few mates who fish and then one other friend that spears. Wana organise a day out for us all. I'll post pics of the trip
