I'm going camping in robe next week and am just wanting some advice on some spots to go for a spear? Also what kinds of fish to look for?

I am interested in this area for a dive at the end of Jan. any one have advice on the type of diving and what to expect.

I'm heading across to Robe on Wednesday for 2 weeks (from Melbourne). There are good spots at the backbeaches of robe where there are cliff faces and heaps of rocks (great for getting crays). I'm actually staying at Cape Jaffa about a 15 minute drive from there PM me if you guys are going to be there at a similar time. Hopefully the weather isn't too choppy, looking at the forecast it's been crap but looking like settling down over the next couple of weeks.

Im heading over there at the end of January. I'm only spending a couple of days, and will be driving most of the time.

Im going to bring my fishing gear just incase I get a few hours free for a spear.
