Recently bought a boat (inflatable) with a mate.

Can anyone recommend some good spots that are accessible via boat within PPB?

We normally launch from around Frankston side.

Naya just head straight south from the pier. Any of the offshore reefs that don't get hammered so much by dickheads shooting just on legal fish will serve you well.
