Naya
Covers NSW, VIC, TAS, SA, & south west coast of WA.

Book covers probably 95% of everything you will see out there unless you go way up north

The 5% you miss out on will be miscellaneous species that are rarely seen or worth catching.

hey marmo,

it was 100% a yellow eyed mullet, we did see 2 snook, and they were just out on range in the shallows!

Just be carefully with cleaning abalone at the boat ramps. Pretty sure the rule is you can't have shucked abalone ON or ADJACENT to Victorian water.

Went to Kilcunda yesterday and arrived about 10am. Winds were less than 5knots south westerlies until about 5pm which I thought would make for a good dive. The water conditions looked like if we'd hop in we would have died. Swell was 1.5m with a max of 2.0m that day, does anyone know what to look for on the forecast? Just using the willy weather app on my phone.

One of the guys at work said you need northerlies for at least two days to push the waves back then have a 5 knot day for it to be clear so I might give that a try!

Weather is horrible!

Huge swell, big winds..

Anyone planning on any dives at Phillip Island the next few days?

I use swellnet.com and seabreeze.com.au

I've found willyweather to be good for tide information and that's where it ends. It's too inaccurate for me, I no longer use it.
