Can someone tell me, is a ludrick and a zebra fish the same thing? just two different common names?

2 different fish, one edible (or so people say but i reckon they taste a bit bit weedy) one not. You do not want to eat a zeb.

Yeah as above two different fish, look and behave differently under the water too

The zebs have clear triangle/tapering stripes while luderick have lighter vetrical stripes. Each has a different number of stripes but I can't remember the numbers

A good beer batter and the zebbies are alright on the fang. Soft and succulent. Nice vietnamese dipping sauce helps too.

Of course a good beer batter can make a dog turd acceptable....
