Headed down to my cousins house last weekend for a fish and a few beers at Ocean Grove. Went out on the tinny up the Barwon and got onto some great fishing. First night went out for a few hours, my cousin caught a trophy Estuary Perch (43cm), also getting onto plenty of great sized and great fighting Bream.

Second day went out at 4am in the morning to catch some EPs on the sunrise, got onto a nice snag and pulled in a couple of nice fish, one of which was 35 and the other 37. These fish are amazing fighters, taking the lure or bait and heading straight for the reeds and snags. A really top fish to catch.

That evening we hit the water again after a snooze, didn't catch any EP's but got onto some great bream action. We caught 20 odd bream in a couple of hours fishing. All caught on soft plastics or live shrimp baits. Overall a fantastic weekend of fishing.

All fish were caught and released.
