Post subject:  St leonards squid

Hit St leonards today hoping for some squid from the kayak. Having never been to St leonards fishing wasnt expecting to much. Lobbed up just before 10am to be greeted with a few other kayakers and crystal clear glassed over water we were fishing in about 13 feet of water and 1 could see my jig clearly on the bottom!! saw a big luderick [i think] come up and have a look along with a flathead that chased the jig all the way to the kayak. The other guys bagged out i ended up with 7 not bad from 2.5 hours fishing. Parma and pot for lunch and headed home. Just could not get over the visibility!!
