Hi all, I'm looking at doing some mid-week training for general underwater fitness, and I'm looking for training buddy/buddies. The plan so far is to hit my local pool (Ascot Vale Leisure Centre) once a week or once a fortnight (non-club meeting wednesdays?). Details are somewhat negotiable. I intend to train dynamic but I'm happy to spot for someone training statics if that's your thing. I'm in no position to teach people about freediving, so you'll probably want to have done one of the many good courses going around, and know your limits. Reply in here or fire me a PM.
