bloody hell. got half way through and couldnt be fucked reading anymore.

never thought freediving was soo complicated...... i mean, its water. you dive down, when you need breath you come back up right?

now to get to the reason i clicked here in the firstplace minus the shit..

summed up how did the course go, in that what sorta things did he go through?

(i ask this as i was interested in the course but i think it would have been too advanced for me so i gave it a miss) anyone know any courses for people that are more new to the sport but not a complete beginner?

Wrong. Do a course and find out why.

Read the course outline on the first page. Summed up, it was great!

Brett Illingworth runs a course that is more suited to beginner divers. This course is definately more suited to guys trying to safely dive 20m+.

Great weekend! If anyone gets an opportunity to do courses like this do it! Learned an absolute shitload. And the price of $350 is nothing considering that it will stay with you forever, and make every dive safer & more enjoyable.

Great you all had a great time with the course, would have loved to do it.. Will there be later courses for others that may be interested at later dates??
