Great video.!! Its hard to find good info when you have to sort through alot of bullshit and conflicting opinions that often occurs on forums.
This video is gold for people that are serious about the sport and may not have the opportunity to attend meetings or come in contact with experienced divers.
I hope somehow some permenant links can be put up directing especially newbies to this kind of thing.

Here's a couple other links that south935 pointed out which I found to be good info source for spearfishing beginners.

Heres a good thread on loading your weight belt safely.

That guy sure knows a lot of stuff but is sooooo "European"

Its interesting how he reckons that when you start to spasm, that means you have a fair bit of time left... I get the feeling
this would vary for everyone?

Unfortunately black out happens. Few week ago one of my friends from overseas died from black out. He was very experienced freediver who could dive up to 35m. That day he dived alone on 20-25m reef, this is not considers as dangerous depth, it was just another usual dive, he dived there many years, he knew the place very well and still… Police found him on 25m depth. Left a wife and two kids. Very sad.
The only thing that can save you from black out is you diving body, try not to dive alone when possible.
One of our friends made this video for his memory.
