Hi All,

For those interested in refining equalisation, overcoming equalisation blocks and developing your breathing technique, over the next few months there are a range of special workshops on offer to small groups of participants.

The workshops are designed to assist development of good technique, promote positive and sound practices for breathing and equalisation and refine in-water technique for those keen to enhance their freediving/breath-hold skills.
If you're keen, please visit any of the links below to discover more or please feel welcome to ask questions.

Hi Alan,

The Equalisation Workshop on the 13th August, there is no special equipment required, but you will be performing dry and wet training.

All the particulars will be provided when you make a booking, or in the meantime, please visit the calendar page here http://watermaarq.com/course-calendar/ and click the "Courses and Workshops" button to find all the vital information for the EQ workshop and for all other workshop, course or training session listings.

Please note that you must book in advance to attend as we are unable to accept casual attendances.

Thanks and I hope to see you there.

Cheers,

Marlon
