I want to know after i hold breath and dive, should i exhale during diving or keep all air in lung untill i return to surface? please any one have a book explaining freediving, share it |

Hold your breath until you reach the surface! If you exhale on the way up you drop the pressure in your lungs which can lead to shallow water blackout! |
