I have relocated to Melbourne and am now offering regular FreeDiving and spearfishing courses.

Our courses are run over 2 or 2.5 days (Friday eve, Saturday and Sunday) and are aimed at increasing breath-hold time, confidence, depth and safety.
Courses include theory, pool and ocean sessions and result in an internationally recognised certification.

About the Instructor: Erez Beatus.
I have been a spearo for many years. Speared in Israel, Europe, Thailand and Australia.
I have held the world record for Freediving in 2001.
I have taught over 1500 students world-wide.

Hey Guys/Gals,

Carly and I can vouch for the course as we did it on the weekend thats why i wasnt around to put extra bananas on peoples boats for the Rhino & Chris Cup sorry meant kingfish cup.

Anyway back to the course Carly and I thought Erez was brilliant to put up with my 101 questions over 3 days without going crazy . Anyway course was brilliant. I guarantee no matter what your level of experience there will be so many things that you will learn which will improve your current technique and thinking.

Erez was very specific to each individuals needs including our spearfishing needs and I could easily write a 5pg essay about what I learnt. Instead to sum it up in a few words. Comprehensive, Fun, Good Investment.

Anyway now it's all about practicing these techniques. Can't wait.

Cam - The Stage A course is 610$ including the boat trip. We have 4 hours on the boat and we stop for a swim with the seals on the way back from the training session.

Keen to hit one of your courses, only problem is I work fly in fly out on a gas plant and can't find one that lines up with my R&R.

How regular do you run the courses? Every weekend?

I have some questions!!!

I wanna get my 'masters' in freediving too, how can I do this???? is the dedicated freediving centre someones backyard pool or a hired out pool???

also if I get certified, what does the cert entitle me to do? who governs the cert??
