if you have a cavity in your tooth it can cause pain due to the air presure build up in you tooth just like when it builds up in your ears |

you have a cavity in your tooth. better get it checked out quick. It can actually cause serious problem for scuba divers, Ive heard of teeth cracking b/c of this (whether it's true or not i dunno). Or do you just have a sensitive tooth? a bit of cold water getting on it will cause an ache... |

I get a little tooth pain if I'm not equalizing hard enough, if I give a bit more of a push then it goes away, but I'd say this is a different pain to what you're experiencing. Mine is kike a slight ache, not intense pain that I can't dive. |

equalizing has nothing to do with your teeth and you should certainly not be pushing an equalize. If you are experiencing aches in your teeth on a dive go and get them checked. |

It clearly has something to do with mine, because if I use the frenzel technique I get a dull ache, if I use valsalva then it doesn't seem to hurt. I can dive 10m using frenzel as long as i dont descend too fast. The pain isn't always there, but is more consistent if I don't use valsalva. |

Yeah, I also agree that you should get the cavity checked as soon as possible. I also had ignored the cavity for a long time and it turned out to be a deeper one after some time. I had to get the teeth extracted. Selected the best Torrance dentist for the treatment and he did a great job. |

I heard that it is highly undesirable to endure a toothache. This can cause a breakdown. It's true? |
