i'm a bit over 6ft,95-100kg, and have six weights think there 1.3kg or 1.5. its just not doin the job. is it alright to add more weights or should i just invest in a vest with weights as well. and also anyone have the problem of the weightbelt coming up to your chest when dropping or do you just have to keep tightening it every few drops.
last thing anyone know where you would get something that covers your face, for winter yes i know there is a meeting tonight, yes i might come, but i thought i'd ask thesequestions on here. thanks
