Never had an open cell wetsuit and may be able to buy one soon, would a 3mm open cell be warm enough for 2-3 hour dives on the vic surf coast in winter. Cheers. |

Keep saving till you can afford a 5mm. The Irony will be when you can't afford one until summer when you only need a 3mm but a 5 will still be better. |

Definitely save up for a 5mm. You won't survive with a 3mm at all! PLus you'll need good gloves, booties and make sure the wetty has a hood. Here's a good article I read the other day on wetsuits that might help. http://ninepinwetsuits.com.au/open-cell ... -wetsuits/ |
