Hey guys,

I'm planning to go freediving (and camping/skimboarding/everything haha) along the GOR and Bellarine Peninsula this Summer, and looking for a safety buddy who takes safety seriously!
I'm interested in diving for longer and where depth available, diving deeper.
I'm fairly experienced (20m depth, 5min+ dry static) and have done freedive courses.
I'm also interested in nabbing some crays and maybe doing a bit of spearfishing, but my focus is freediving.

Anyone keen?
Julia

The Mornington Peninsula seems far better......I am going to southern NSW till about the 10th of Jan and will be diving the peninsula after that most days through Jan and Feb - I am happy to jump on the ferry and come across to your side, never dived that side.

All good, sent you a pm Alan.
Yep sounds good, I wouldn't mind diving Mornington either, could ferry across myself, either or.
Can work it out when you get back.

The Mornington Pen is better if your based on that side like most SFD members. I like the GOR better.
I don't think I can dive 20m anymore, I've spent too much time chasing pinkies in Port Phillip Bay but I will be chasing crays down west when the season opens. I can send you a PM when we head down that way and you would be welcome to join us if you don't mind diving with blokes in their 40's and 50's.

Hey Greg, that sounds great. Haha don't mind at all! I've yet to get my first cray, definitely on my to-do list, maybe I can get some tips from you guys.
Will send you a pm now anyway :)
