Just to give divers and idiot jet skiers the heads up.

I almost got hit last night at Williamstown, came very close coming up from a dive. The 2 skis wake came over the top of my float that was 15-20m away. they stopped to see what the float was and i gave them an ear full!!!

They (skis) are very hard to hear under water especially when they are traveling at speed.

So please if you know some YOBO dickheads who ride these machines let them know about OUR dive flags.

Or they will find an axe in their front windscreen back at the boat ramp, and their trailer at the bottom of the Maribyrnong River. :P

This summer looks to be bumper with small boat traffic.
So please be careful when diving and just let people know that we are in the water too. Before some one gets hurt or killed.

One pissed of Diver
oZ.

Same thing happened to me out Brighton way early this year. Dipshit decided to motor in a couple of tight loops around the float, at a speed that would have guaranteed a knock out. He hooned off before I could fit in more than a couple of choice words.

If possible, follow them to the beach and sort it out on the sand. The vast majority of the moron fringe stay within a very small radius of their beach base. A rego number and an official complaint should also garner a response. ( although I personally am a massive fan of my first option.)

In no way was this directed at Brett I. The majority of jet ski owners can't even swim! So they stay close to shore and do a million miles an hour. They have the whole bay to do their thing. But unfortunately the image that goes along with OWNING jet skies is showing them off....(how fast they go maneuverability... bullshit bullshit bull shit!!!!)

This need to be resolved before some one is killed!

Want to impress me mother fuckers, take them out at Bells Beach @ 13ft+

Hey Oz it might be worthwhile posting up the new Dive Flag advert on Fishnet too, maybe even post up your story. More that are aware the better...

I don't want to piss people off with my story, it happens. A mate of mine won't dive Williamstown any more because he almost got hit last summer!
