Due to lack of storage space, I've decided to get a jet-ski instead of boat. Leaning towards 4 stroke, no supercharged yamahas and kawasakis. Will use the ski for family fun, bit of diving and might be throwing lure here and there. For space and reliability does anyone have any recommendation? Thanks in advance..

Thanks a lot for that Chris. Looks awesome. I guess my post reads a bit weird, I'm looking for 4 stroke Yamahas & Kawasakis but no supercharged version! given I'll get my teenage son out of his room and get him involved into it. So don't want something very powerfull. Does anyone know a place to modify skis for diving and fishing here in Melbourne?

Can't go past 2003>2007 Sea-Doo 155 3 seater. Heaps of storage space. Economical. Will do 55 to 56 mph and about 120k range.

Looks awesome Andrewv, I reckon skis are much more practical for diving. I'm also thinking about getting a some sort of stand thing done as like Cristo's suggestion.
