This may not be possible due to time but I want to try and get my Dad in the record books. He talked about having the Vic record for rosy perch. It doesn't look like one has even been recorded as being shot in victoria according to the current records. I have seen a slide of the fish which my mum still has but had no proof of it's weight. I was going through some of his papers and found the record certificate from 1967 signed by Terry Wilson. It weighed lb 8oz He also had the record for a 1 lb 4 oz toothbrush leatherjacket, a 1lb 4 oz red mullett and a 3 lb 0 oz green parrott (not sure what that is but probably a female bluethroat) |
