hi all, wondering if your allowed to snorkel in the mouth of screw creek... water looks nice and clear, with a bit of depth and with plenty of fish... whiting, bream and some perch... i know for a fact that your not allowed to spear there.

No gun = no worries. You might get a bit bored or frustrated though.

And if you get bored with teaching her in Screw creek, five minutes up the road is another creek called Pound creek!

Hey Jeremy, of course it is a great place to go, but... you cannot take fish with a speargun in the estuary, however you should see some good size estuary species in there.

Hey guys
I'm working out near inverloch Friday with a hopeful early finish!

So no spearing at inverloch at all?
Or is there some good places to go?

Any advice appreciated, thanks

Most of inverloch is Marine National Park. From an area called the caves to close to a spot in Cape Paterson called Undertow Bay. Andersons inlet you cannot spear in.

Your best bet is Cape Paterson swimming beach near rock pool/life saving club. Sweep, snook, LJs, pinkies, blue throats, zebs, gurnards, trevs, whiting, etc
