 Post subject: best burley for the bay?

i've been using catfood, used a mixture of prawns bread i think and fish oil last year seemed to work well.
what works best?
pilchards? pretty expensive arent they
catfood?
or even fresh-but what would you shoot for burley

flathead fillets and crayfish from the supermarket work really well.
