kind of new to this.. what do u do whten u shoot a fish that needs bleeding? salmon or kingfish? what fish need bleeding u just knife in the gill and let it bleed? |

When I get aus salmon and mullet I just cut their throats and they bleed out nice |

In some areas you might want to think about doing it in a rock pool or if your on a boat into a bin.... but vics probably not as sharky as the GBR.... |

Haha yeah not really an issue down here(Except for the Prom), does increase the chance of losing it to a sneaky thief tho. Lost a Kingy last season to a seal where you guys were on the weekend. Personally I reckon you can't beat a Salmon for berley so they never make it home with me anyway but bleeding Kingies never really enters my head at the time as I'm either too excited or at the Prom where bloods probably not something you want to be around. Strung one a couple of weeks ago there so I could flash for a mate hoping to keep the fish around and had a few seals get keen on him. Very silly move! I fucken Hate seals now! |
