In the meantime, I got some more info from Emanuel Bova
"I have some really good news...last week i had a charter to the fads with some divers from overseas and one diver got 4 dolphins fish, biggest 7 kg + he saw a marlin too but out of range....really good day out there couldn't ask for more ...viz was approx 15 metres and the temp 22 degrees. The action could last until march...maybe mid April...not guaranteed though.
We dived 4 fads and 3 had dolphin fish. One out of the 4 fads was my private fad and that also had fish on it.No else has marks for this fad apart from me as this fad is in the middle of no where, if you guys come up we will dive it.
For accommodation the closest motel is the miranda metro in (in Miranda) its near the westfield, pubs, restaurant etc...quite central....approx 1.5 km from the launch site. I had many divers staying here from overseas and Australia and they all said its well prices and nice enough.
