I use a combo of willyweather (bom scraper), bom itself, and swellnet.

Swellnet for swell predictions, willyweather for wind, tides, etc. and bom for tidal stream forcasts

It is good to use a few sometimes they are all similar other times they are totally different.ost if not all get their information from the BOM and interpret their raw data. I use willy weather mainly but it is usually on the light side (gets u out) however the BOM is usually on the high side (makes u stay at home) willy weather has a current wind speed and I tend to use this to assume that if it is 5knots higher it will be 5knots higher later in the day when the wind picks up.

Willy Weather is good for tides & sunrise/sunsets but thats about it. Actually when it comes to swell and wind it is shitfull. Probably the worst site to go off. I've been out the back of Barwon Heads and the wind has been from the exact opposite direction than predicted for that same time and to make it worse it was blowing about 20knots harder than predicted.

Buoyweather, swellnet, seabreeze, BOM, Pt Lonnie web cams, coastalwatch web cams, Bay winds.

I have found williweather to be a very good guide.
However as a guide you still have to use common sense and intuition.

http://magicseaweed.com is another that I use and have found it to be pretty good. Daily breakdown (hourly) of winds and swell directions is particularly useful too.

Spot on the Pussy, willy weather is crap especially for swell forcasts.
Swell net gives you your best guide to what the swells doing. Take into account seconds between wave also eg. 5-9sec usually means wind slop. When its saying 14-16sec its a solid ground swell.
Sea breeze can be good but they can get it wrong.
Wind Guru is one of my favorites, usually on the ball.
Buoy weather is hot and cold with there forcasts.
