At the last meeting (June) Paul Adey suggested a swap meet.

This seems like a good idea to me - what with having a bit of gear I no longer use, but is too good to throw away.

What do we have to do to get this moving?

The club used to have a 'Pleasant Winter's Afternoon" about this time of year where there was a BBQ, Swap Meet, Video's, drinking etc. It was at the first of these (1995 I think) that I was introduced to the Club. They went for maybe 10 years but dwindling interest killed it eventually. Perhaps it could be re introduced now we have the new Club rooms.

The idea seems great to me, but since only P has got around to replying, maybe there is very little interest.

Sounds good. Do it on a Sunday so people who work (and others who kill foxes) can come.
