I use a few squirts of antibacterial hand soap mixed with water in a plastic drink bottle. Note: don't confuse drinking bottle with soap-addled drink bottle. 8)

2 words lads - sex lube.

Rub it all over you. Lube yourself up like a giant purple headed warrior and slide straight in.

Like Lethal, a couple of squirts of QV Wash in the warm water bottle. Too easy.

Wet stuff! Get it on-line (1lt). Mix with hot water, gold on a winters morning. Silicon based is best for your suit.
Boys in NZ were using Baby shampoo but I don't like the smell. When diving multiple days wash ya suit with a touch of detol to get rid of the bugs. Or wettie wash if ya want to spend the $.
