Anyone near Moorabbin or Port Melb that might have a Marine Licence handbook I could borrow to study so I can get my boat licence?

Cheers! Jez

Go to ur local marine (boat) dealer. We have them for free over the counter.... I work for Port Phillip Boating Centre and we have heaps free, unfortunately we located in Pt Cook. There is a site u can request them to send u one for free.... try googleing Boating industry association BIA etc. Can't remember actual site but there was one...
