plan to take wife spearfishing, she swims and snorkels but wont do any depth yet.
would love any tips where i could take her that would provide easy condition, with no strong currents or rips and have some hope of hitting fish for eating at no more than 2m depth?
I was thinking shelley beach kilcunda but can't figure out if high or low tide is best?
any and all recommendations would be great

PPB, phillip island or east from phillip island

TIA
