The mate I was going up with for my return to comp diving has pulled the pin at the 11th hour. If anybody wants a ride up I have a spot. Trip will be in an old landcruiser running a veg oil mix so petrol wont be much and there will be a 4x4 to get to those rockhop spots that are a bit out of the way.
Hope to leave Thurs arvo and come back Mon.
Prefer someone who can share driving if needed.

I'll probably go through about $150 worth of diesel and about 40 litres of veg oil which I pick up for nothing. I'm not really fussed if you can't afford 1/2 because your not working/student whatever. It's more about having someone to keep me awake on the trip home and share the driving if I get a bit tired.

It was a severe case of softcockitis. The mate who was originally coming up with me pulled the pin so I put out the call for a passenger. Paul just missed out when another mate said he could get the time off and would come. When the second guy pulled the pin on the friday arvo after I put back my leaving time to accommodate him I just wussed out I didn't fancy an 8 hour drive on my own. The second guy decided he wasn't going because he couldn't spear on the saturday and wasn't traveling that far to come home with no fish.
