Any one have any news from the boys over in NZ?

everyone apparently nailed big snapper 6-7kg, kings 20kg+, saw/shot john dory, giant boarys ect.

drew and i had a ball, shot some great fish before the comp. snapper to 6.5 kgs and kingies to 20kgs. most of the diving was deep 25m minimum one of the australian team memberes did a 38m dive!!! though you get the big snapper in the shallows 3m or less. my fish of the trip would be a snapper i speared about 4.5kgs in 26m and i think drews would be his 6.5kg snapper in 1m though his 20kingie on his belt reel would've been fun i'm sure. wheather was good for the comp, we came 3rd the first day and won the next day but ended up third overall. aal in all was a good experience an d look foward to the chance of doing it again
