The dive convenor will post the decision on the Thursday prior on the 'Competitions' thread on the forum. All members welcome. Once again keep an eye on the 'Competitions' thread on the forum for the time, location or any changes from the dive convenor 'the brown mullet'.

Really sorry I am not going to make this one either. Daughter 1 will be home for 2 weeks from England and I promised to be around. From discussions with Muzz it should be a cracker comp ( If weather is good)and take a good catch to win. Up to 20 Species.
Best of luck all.

Due to the forecast for the weekend this comp is postponed.
The new date will be Sunday the 7th April ( the weekend after Easter) . The Club trip that was to be held on that weekend is now the following weekend (13th/14th April)

BIG reminder that the 8th (Final) SFD club competition for the 2012/13 season will be held this Sunday 7th April (95% chance). There is still however the Valdez in April/May.

The meeting location to be announced, Boats will launch / depart and sign on / off from the Newhaven Boat Ramp on Phillip Island. There will also be shore dive options.

Non boat owners should start looking for a spot on a boat NOW!

All club competitions are nominated for Sunday however the Saturday may be used due to weather conditions, but if a comp is rescheduled it will be a Sunday. The dive convenor will post the decision on the Thursday prior on the 'Competitions' thread on the forum. All members welcome. Once again keep an eye on the 'Competitions' thread on the forum for the time, location or any changes from the dive convenor 'the brown mullet'.

Date is calendared for 8am Sunday 7th April.

Comp is called ON for sunday. Light winds and low swell, fingers crossed for some god viz.
Please be at the Newhaven boat ramp no later than 8am, especially peolpe with boats.
There are heaps of shore based options for those with out a boat ride.
BBQ and soft drinks will be free at the weigh in.
Hope to see a good turn out

Not really a protest but a fair bit of discussion about lots of stuff that may have some effect on results. should all be sorted soon.
