Ha ha yeah I have learnt my lesson about seals now! That was the first time I'd seen one underwater! I think a boat float is next on my list....

Still think we should have had the banded morwong competition Brett suggested!

Great weekend away, pity about the vis!!! Got out to Beware Reef marine park for a quick look... snapped the tips off a much cherished Dropshot and Raider... bought two new rods at Marlo tackle shop... highly recommend them, got to christen them on some quality blue spots to 62.5cm... Happy days! Well done Rob, Claire, Dean, Pete, Mac and Carly!!!

nice pics. Well done to all competitors and the event organisers. It is a huge effort in every way. Get time off work, the travel, organising accommodation, the diving conditions etc. Big effort in every way. If you have dived there, can I ask you this - In your own time, with all the effort involved, would you go back there again? Just curious. Cdogs photos looked nice and I think it maybe a nice place for a bit of rnr.

The 14th photo down shows some type of blow-up float
Does anyone have more info or photos of it ?

I'm looking at another type of float, one that I don't have to dangle the fish in the water
and have thieving bull rays all over it.

Any suggestions ?.
PS: ( would like a boat float but unfortunately not enough spare cash I'm after a much cheaper option)
