I have a few questions about the boat competition.
rules saying "During the hours of a Competition and from a boat registered into that Competition, there shall be no non-competing spearfishermen operating from said boat, with the exception of ‘caddies’"

What exactly that "operating" means?
I don't have a boat, my friend is happy to take me on his boat. He's not a member of the club and he plans to do social diving on that day. Is that ok?

What does 'caddies' mean?

For Sorrento boat comp, usually how far is the spearfishing spot away from the ramp?
Will a 4M tinny survive in the comp?
