It is to be held at Phillip Island with a 8 am sharp meet at Smiths Beach THIS SUNDAY January 9th.
A venue will be chosen depending on weather and a 4 hour comp between 9 am and 1 pm will follow with a BBQ and presentation at the Park at Newhaven, Melways Reference 634 G 6. BYO food and drinks.

FYI: Anyone who doesn't know how this comp works, it is a pairs competition and does not count towards the club total scores.

are the fishing boundaries within the determined spot/beach or are divers free to go where they want meeting back at the starting point?

Entry is $10 a pair, I think (been 2 years since I have been to one  ). To be confirmed on the day.

Divers must atleast be members of the AUF for insurance purposes. Please be at Smith's BY 8AM SHARP it is a short comp as it is and we wont be waiting for stragglers.

Good to hear that it has been postponed, Oz and myself stayed on the island the night before, but forgot to bring concrete and left in the morning after being spoilt the previous day.
