Hey guys as you may know we’re still 2 comps down. What are your thoughts on using Eden 3 way as one of our aggregate comps? Let us know what you think. This will also be brought up in the club meeting on Tuesday (28/5)

How did the vote go? Is Eden in or out?

On behalf Marcus and others that did not attend the meeting, is the Eden Comp part of the SFD Club Aggregate or not?

As voted by the attending members at the last meeting the club has purchased a mobile phone.
This will be used by the club for communicating to the members any important information relevant to the running of SFD.
This will include notifications of upcoming events, questions put to the entire club so that every financial member has his/her chance to vote on decisions that affect the club.
Also for use if any member leaves a comp early there is central point to leave a message. This will not negate the sighn on/off sheet its just another form of communication.

So the first official use of the phone will be to send a TXT to every financial member that has a mobile number listed with the club a short message asking for a YES or NO response to a question. Please read the question carefully and reply with a YES or NO .

HI again a TXT has been sent to every finacial member. The current list was downloaded from the AUF website on Tuesday 28th June 2019. If your details with the AUF are correct you should have recieved a TXT . If you did not please send a PM with your correct number and we I will update your details and resend TXT.

Well the votes are all in and counted the decision has been decided by unanimous decision NOT to score a SFD aggregate comp from the results of this years Eden comp.

At this stage we still have 2 aggregate comps to try and get in before the end of the month. Lets all hope at least 1 of the next 3 available weekend will be good weather.
