 Post subject: carrum downs gun club

does any 1 no if the gun club at currum downs, on Rossiter rd have a shooting range for rifles or is it strictly clay targets.

I assume you are talking about the one just off thompson rd.. It is purely clays, I was there smashing em' on Sunday :P

if you want your licence quick without having to pay so much for a club membership
go to the DSE and ask for a permit to hunt on crown land

need photo ID and $11 cash and your set
and you can do it every 5 years no hassles

hey pad, i had a look on the net for the closest dse but nothing came up. i dont even no whats its short for. i live in frankston so where the closest dse office thing. cheers mate,

i went to the one in Bacchus marsh. i could not find it so i went into the police station and asked and they pointed it out.
the only reason i knew about it was because a friend at work said thats how he got his license.
